RIZE Recruitment candidate referral scheme Terms & Conditions

The RIZE candidate referral scheme thank you will be 1000 Euro.

The RIZE candidate referral scheme excludes candidates who are currently registered with RIZE Recruitment.

For you to qualify to receive a RIZE candidate referral scheme bonus you must provide us with their name and contact details and have their express permission prior to pass them onto us.

Alternatively, your friend can contact us directly but must inform us in their first contact that they have been referred to us by you.

The candidate needs to be placed within 6 months of the referral to gain the reward and refer fees will be paid once the candidate has completed 8 weeks’ worth of timesheets (contractor role) or passed their probationary period (permanent role).

In the event of dispute, RIZE Recruitments decision is final.

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the RIZE candidate referral scheme at any time without notice.

You will be responsible for paying any personal income tax that may be due in respect of the receipt of this bonus.
