PMO and Service Delivery Director for Europe Functional management of a team consisting of PMO and Delivery professionals Successfully execute mainly Open RAN deployments across multiple sites and multiple customers in support of the growth of the business. Support recruitment, strategic development, training and process development Recruit, train, mentor and develop top PMO & Delivery talent Responsible for program management standards and tools used by the team Work in close concert with Sales, RnD, DevOps, RAN/RF Eng and Operations Work with other Network leaders to effectively plan, budget, and allocate staff to support multiple programs. Establish appropriate governance, ensuring key stakeholders are identified and appropriately engaged, and clear decision-making process in place Deliver results within cost and schedule targets in support of Business objectives.
Your tasks: Consultation with the customer and other project participants on detailed and implementation planning for infrastructure projects—especially underground cable projects Management of a small project team to develop construction implementation plans Coordination of technical consultations with cross-departmental and external project participants such as construction companies, third-party cable operators, and municipal authorities Responsibility for the budget, schedule, and quality of all handover documents within the area of responsibility in the project Carrying out planning and calculations for closed civil engineering methods, cable laying, and other construction site issues for large underground cable projects Developing solutions for technical/structural problems before and during the construction of infrastructure projects and coordinating with project participants Required qualifications: Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification (e.g., master craftsman/technician in construction engineering) At least 3 years of experience in the planning and implementation of construction site and civil engineering projects Additional qualification as a civil engineering specialist and experience or further training in project management are an advantage In-depth knowledge of closed civil engineering techniques (e.g., HDD, pipe jacking, microtunneling) Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or comparable tools Very good written and spoken German, good English skills desirable Strong communicator and team player with an independent and structured approach to work Class B driver's license and willingness to travel for assignments in northern Germany and, in some cases, throughout Germany
Your tasks: Taking on project management or sub-project management for network expansion projects, as well as responsibility and control of budget, schedule, and quality within the (sub-)projects for which you are responsible Leading interdisciplinary project teams and resolving conflicts Close technical coordination with all interfaces/neighboring departments and the customer Current specific assignment: Sub-project management of technical coordination for project planning/engineering in the HVDC underground cable project Rhein-Main-Link Approximately 2 days per week: Appointments in Frankfurt, at ILF locations, or on the route (Lower Saxony) Required qualifications: Degree in civil engineering or mechanical/electrical engineering and over 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in underground cable projects Project management training according to IPMA or similar In-depth knowledge of underground cable technology, civil engineering methods, and approval processes Solution-oriented, fact-based, and decisive action with a confident manner Active promotion of good and productive cooperation Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within Germany
