What are your responsibilities with us? You plan, execute, and optimize software deployments in both cloud and on-premises environments (e.g., using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm charts). You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, monitoring and alerting management of an existing microservice architecture across all stages and will further develop it in collaboration with the development department and IT. You develop and maintain automation and deployment scripts (e.g., shell scripting, Python) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). You will maintain and further develop CI/CD pipelines and the software supply chain (e.g., using Github). You develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies. You will work closely with development and operations to ensure smooth software releases and to identify and implement deployment strategies and system optimizations. You have completed training (HTL/FH/University) in the field of computer science/business informatics, engineering, information technology or a comparable qualification. You have experience in system integration or IT operations. You have in-depth knowledge of cloud platforms and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. You have experience using CI/CD tools and automation solutions, for example with Github Actions or GitLab Pipelines. You are proficient in using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Ideally, you already have experience in the DevSecOps field (Security Automation, Supply Chain Security, Infrastructure Security, Secrets Management) and you are familiar with Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Planning, Data Resiliency and Lifecycle Management. You have very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills, both spoken and written (at least B2). Strategic Program Manager (m/w/d) – Autonomous Network Operations Über uns & unsere Mission Als führender Telekommunikationsanbieter in Österreich gestalten wir die nächste Ära des Netzbetriebs: Autonome Netze. Unser Ziel ist es, den operativen Betrieb durch KI und End-to-End-Automation auf das TM Forum Autonomous Network Level 4 (ANL4) zu heben. Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Strategic Program Manager (m/w/d), der unser unternehmensweites, mehrjähriges Transformationsprogramm leitet und unsere Netzwerk-Operations von reaktiven, manuellen Prozessen zu prädiktiven, autonomen Abläufen transformiert – für signifikante Effizienzsteigerungen und exzellente Servicequalität. Ihre Rolle: Architekt*in der Autonomie Sie übernehmen die zentral koordinierende Rolle im ANL4-Transformationsprogramm und verantworten die ganzheitliche Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung. Sie sorgen dafür, dass technische Implementierungen (Automation, KI-Modelle, Data Fabric) nahtlos in neue, agile Betriebsprozesse und Unternehmensziele integriert werden. Effektives Management aller internen und externen Stakeholder (Netzwerk-Engineering, IT, Produktentwicklung, Finanzen). Ihr Profil Erfahrung & Methodik Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in komplexen Business- und IT-Transformationsprogrammen im Telekommunikationsbereich. Nachgewiesene Expertise in großflächiger Netzwerk-Automatisierung oder OSS/BSS-Implementierungen. Zertifizierungen in relevanten Programmanagement-Methoden (z. B. MSP, PgMP, SAFe) und TM Forum Standards. Technisches Know-how (Muss) Fundiertes Verständnis von Autonomous Networks (TM Forum Levels 1-4) und Zero-Touch-Operations. Kenntnisse in Cloud-Native-Architekturen, Telco-Netzwerken (5G Core, RAN) und KI/ML für prädiktive Wartung und autonome Entscheidungsfindung. Erfahrung im Umgang mit Daten-Silos und der Schaffung holistischer Netzwerksichtbarkeit. Führungs- & Soft Skills Fähigkeit, virtuelle, interdisziplinäre Teams in dynamischen Umgebungen zu führen.
