Job Description Role: Corporate Security Consultant / Regulatory Security Consultant Focus: DORA, MaRisk, NIS2, ICT governance, audit readiness, regulatory change Role Purpose We are looking for a Corporate Security Consultant to strengthen our corporate security and regulatory compliance capabilities across IT, governance, access management, and operational resilience. Interpret and operationalise regulatory requirements from DORA, MaRisk, NIS2, and related frameworks such as BAIT, VAIT, and relevant EBA guidance. DORA establishes uniform rules for ICT risk and digital operational resilience in the financial sector, while BaFin guidance notes that many DORA requirements align with BAIT/VAIT/ZAIT/KAIT expectations. Assess current controls, processes, and governance arrangements against regulatory expectations and identify gaps, remediation actions, and priority areas. Build a deep understanding of how the organisation operates, including key processes, stakeholders, control owners, and lines of responsibility. Identify the right internal contacts for control design, evidence gathering, audit coordination, and remediation tracking. Define what information and evidence must be collected to demonstrate compliance and support successful audits, certifications, and supervisory reviews. Coordinate and support internal and external audits, control assessments, and regulatory examinations. Work closely with IT, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into practical, proportionate measures. Advise on security governance, risk assessments, control effectiveness, access management, and policy alignment. Support regulatory change initiatives and ensure security and governance requirements are embedded into transformation and operating model changes. Promote a sustainable, risk-based approach to corporate security, balancing regulatory requirements with business practicality.

Job Title: Enterprise Mobility & Endpoint Management Specialist  Overview We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Mobility & Endpoint Management Specialist to support enterprise customers across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in MDM/UEM platforms, customer-facing technical support, pre-sales enablement, and enterprise mobility operations. You will act as a key technical interface between internal teams, partners, and enterprise customers, helping to drive successful deployments, troubleshoot critical issues, support demonstrations, and contribute to feature validation and customer success initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide expert guidance on MDM/UEM platforms, including Microsoft Intune, Ivanti MobileIron, Omnissa Workspace ONE, and other leading endpoint management solutions. Manage and host B2B enterprise tool instances across the EMEA region, including zero-touch enrollment and MDM/UEM environments. Maintain and oversee demo environments for partner and customer engagement, delivering technical demonstrations to support pre-sales activities. Serve as a technical point of contact for large enterprise customers, leading regular meetings and managing requirements, issues, bugs, and escalations. Triage customer issues received through first-line support and technical account teams before escalation to engineering or development. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve and escalate high-priority customer issues effectively. Conduct log analysis and troubleshoot Android Enterprise functionality directly on Android devices. Manage bug lifecycles, ensuring issues are routed correctly, tracked appropriately, and followed through to resolution. Vacancy: Construction Supervisor – Explosive Ordnance Detection & Clearance Project: Major Infrastructure Programme We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee pre-construction and construction-phase explosive ordnance detection and clearance activities on a major infrastructure project. This is a specialist role focused on the coordination, supervision, and quality assurance of investigations and clearance works carried out by appointed specialist contractors. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery across all phases of the works. Key Responsibilities Supervise explosive ordnance surveys before and during construction, including clearance activities Oversee probing works to locate and determine the position of potential ordnance sites Monitor clearance works for the safe and professional removal of explosive ordnance Coordinate and supervise all associated works and ancillary services required for project delivery Attend and contribute to weekly on-site coordination meetings for progress tracking and work preparation Review technical planning documents and inspect access routes, identifying bottlenecks and logistical constraints Carry out plausibility checks on stakeout and site set-out information Verify proper execution of works on site in line with technical, contractual, and safety requirements Support contractor briefings and site mobilisation activities Lead and document kick-off meetings and regular construction meetings on a weekly or biweekly basis Coordinate between construction contractors, specialist firms, authorities, and other relevant stakeholders Provide interface coordination support across impacted project areas such as rights of way, permitting, route planning, archaeology, and related disciplines Organise and participate in inspections and acceptance of completed works, including identifying defects and making acceptance recommendations Monitor and follow up on defect rectification Maintain and review construction documentation, including site layout plans, daily construction reports, section reports, site maps, and final documentation Participate in measurements and review measurement records Support the acceptance of services and deliveries Review contractor invoices and technical submissions Assess obstruction notices, variation claims, additional cost notices, and supplements from a technical perspective Review and report schedule deviations and delivery risks Verify compliance with HSE requirements, training obligations, and contractual quality standards Provide regular updates and technical feedback to the project management team Participate in condition assessments, approvals, and related site inspections Candidate Profile Proven experience in construction supervision on infrastructure, civil engineering, rail, utility, or comparable projects Strong understanding of explosive ordnance detection and clearance operations or similar high-risk specialist works Experience coordinating multiple contractors, specialist providers, and public authorities Good knowledge of HSE compliance, quality standards, and construction documentation processes Confident leading meetings, tracking progress, and reporting on technical and commercial issues Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage interfaces across complex project environments Fluent communication skills in relevant project languages would be advantageous
