Engineering Support

• Supervising project engineering process, including hardware and software supervision, installation, commissioning and acceptance test of core network elements
• Design and configuration core network (SBC/IMS/VOLTE/VOWIFI) based on ATCA or cloud platforms
• Maintenance support:
• Remote and on-site support in case of major technical problems – troubleshooting? Creating procedures, scheduling and performing network change operations (reconfigurations, tuning, expansions)

Presales Support

• Presales testing support
• Holding workshops with customer or partner on technical issues
• Trainings for customer and subcontractors
• Issue management
• Issue management with GTAC/R&D
• Issue management with customer before escalation

Requirements

knowledge of IMS/VOLTE/VOWIFI

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience on similar position
• Experience with design, commissioning and integration
• Maintenance of core network elements (fault diagnosis, problem troubleshooting, performing update/upgrade operations)
• Proven ability to diagnose and localize problems in core network using logical analysis techniques
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems and IP networks
• Knowledge of NFV/5G – would be advantage
• Chinese language would be advantage
