Senior Knowledge of RF optimization and strong capability to optimize Parameters/ Load Balancing between layers multiple carriers/Implementation of Features.
Drive test log file analysis with strong recommendations of Coverage & Quality issues, Call Drops and Throughput Analysis including Layer 3 Messages.
Customer complaint handling &signalling trace analysis using U2000/PCHR.
Hands on Experience for Planning and drive testing tools like U-Net and Probe & Assistant.
