Duties

Responsible for the activities and control of all field operatives to the requirements of the work instructions.
Installation of all products relating to FTTx OSP design requirements and standards
The maximising of productivity whilst maintaining adherence to company procedures, including administration of all paperwork and liaison with the customers Site Representatives.
The co-ordination of resources to maximise output.
To enhance the company’s reputation by providing outstanding customer service and a quality product built to specification.

Key Requirements

5 years plus experience in OSP / FTTX design in relevant environment
To manage all the OSP functions in the area allocated to the position to ensure complete end to end control of all activities
