RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a OCS Engineer (m/f/d) in Uganda.

Your Responsibilities:

Be responsible for managing daily business operation support activities
Provide service according to their Business operation service catalog
Responsible for the OCS Inventory, Order, Product, Partner, Customer Management and other module operationd
Manage incident and problem restoration and escalation to Level 3 support
Manage and execute the operational commitments, including: scope of services, service levels/performance metrics, service quality and the cost of service
Interact daily with the customer and suppliers to resolve complex issues questions
