Requirement:
• Define reporting template and set up region information flow system;
• Set up and maintain region planning integration;
• Region progress tracking and analyze gap details, track until gap close;
• Regional issues management: register, tracking, escalation and close;
• Communication management: support RPM to communicate and report to customer, internal meeting, subcon meeting, and reporting to national;
• Cooperation management ( Internal requirement and outer requirement).
Daily Activities:
• Daily progress update into ISDP
• Daily Progress Report
• Gap Analysis
• Issues Management Log and any other presentation slides if need.
• Change management and tracking
