Teilnahme an Sitzungen (Behörden, private Eigentümer, GD…)
Bedarf an Arbeitskräften (Werkzeuge, Ersatzteile…)
Suche nach Hotels / Apartments für die Arbeiter
Versuchen Sie, einen guten Teamzusammenhalt herzustellen
Mängel erkennen

Working routine:

To monitor the construction site
To attend meetings (authorities, privat owners, DG…)
To provide needs for workers (tools, spare parts…)
To look for hotels/apartments for the workers
Try to make a good team cohesion
To detect deficiencies
